PFINDER 240 is a bio-based and environmentally friendly product. It is a water-based, ready-to-use suspension of black magnetic particles with special additives for magnetic particle testing. With PFINDER 240 surface defects of magnetizable materials can be detected at daylight.
The product is applied by direct spraying on the surface to be tested.
PFINDER 240 is suitable for testing at temperatures between +5°C and +50°C (temperature of work part).
Due to the use of an alternative, non-flammable propellant PFINDER 240 aerosol spray cans come with a more than 50% higher suspension content – compared with standard 500mL aerosol spray cans.
