The D-DR 2430 NDT is a mid-format direct digital radiography detector optimised for field inspection with isotope (gamma) and X-ray sources. Its 233 × 291 mm active area and 76 µm pixel pitch deliver high-resolution digital radiographs of pipe wall thickness, welds and general components. Available with a lighter polyamide housing or a more robust aluminium housing, it is dust-tight and waterproof to IP67, survives a 1-metre drop, and weighs from 4.5 kg. Wireless and wired connectivity with a built-in wireless access point make deployment fast, while clear status indicators for WiFi, LAN, battery and sensors keep operators informed. Runs on Dürr's D-Tect X imaging software.
